Pizza upgrades simple, nutritious

But it's even better when a smattering of mushrooms are thrown into the mix. Use the standard button mushrooms or chop up some baby portobellos. If you're feeling adventurous, find some shiitake or cressini. Slice up your favorites, place them on the pizza and bake. Don't go too crazy with the mushrooms or you'll end up with a sad, soggy mess.
