Dear Amy's Kitchen,
I found the new Spinach Lasagne at Walmart and thought I would try it. I did not have much faith in it tasting like much, as Light & Lean items usually lack flavor and many are even beyond doctoring up. WOW! How wrong I was! It is great! I just wanted to write and say Kudos, Amy, and thank you for a wonderful product!

Dear Amy's Kitchen,
Im not a vegatarian, but I could live on your Enchilada with spanish rice and beans. From all the frozen foods on the market, yours are the best. I am so thankful to find such good food that's good for me and affordable, that it only seemed fitting that I say something. Thanks!

Dear Amy's Kitchen,
As I dive into another yummy Brown Rice & Veggies Bowl, I feel compelled to let you know how much I love your food!  I am a nurse working 12 hour shifts who needs to eat quickly.  Your food provides me the liberty to eat quickly but also very healthily, thank you!  Keep making wonderful food!

Dear Amy's Kitchen,
I just wanted to let you know how much I like your pocket sandwiches. My absolute favorites are the pizza, and feta spinach sandwiches. I bring them almost everyday to work for lunch because they are so easy to make and eat in my busy work environment. Plus, I love that they are healthy for me. Thank you for such a great product!

Dear Amy's Kitchen,
I just wanted to shoot you guys/gals an email and say "Thank you." I'm a US citizen living abroad in Germany working for the US Army. The military commisary carries a few of your food items and your food is nothing short of wonderful. Thank you for doing your part in assisting others in making healthy decisions concerning their diet. I'm a licensed health professional and I really appreciate your tasty treats. Have a great day!

Dear Amy's Kitchen,
Thank you for allowing me to take the time to express my delight with your gluten free products!  I have known for about 6 years that I have Celiac Disease and I have to admit that it was a very hard lifestyle adjustment to make.  I am VERY thankful to be able to buy Amy's Gluten Free products at a store 30 minutes away from my home.  I will never forget the first time I was able to take a frozen meal to work like the other "normal" people.  It felt like such a luxury!  I am very appreciative for your efforts and want you to know that you are a leader in the gluten free world in my opinion!  Keep up the good work and keep the pizzas coming!  Yum!

Dear Amy's Kitchen,
Hello - I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how much I enjoy your products.  I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and decided to lower it without meds by changing my eating habits and exercising.  I tried your Baked Ziti and fell in love with your products...and I got my cholesterol down.  Thank you!

Dear Amy's Kitchen,
I want to personally thank you for making a pizza that my son can eat.
My son's name is Eric.  He is four years old.  Eric has a milk and egg allergy that keeps him from being able to eat pizza.  Fortunately, we discovered your pizza. Eric loves your pizza. We could not have pizza night before now.  Eric tends to feel isolated when he sees others getting to enjoy pizza at parties and he knows he cannot eat it.

Thanks to your product, Eric can enjoy pizza with the rest of the kids and not feel excluded.

As a parent I thank you for offering this product.

Dear Amy's Kitchen,
You might be interested to know that I ate one of your most delicious Apple Pies last night. I live just north of Bangkok and bought it at Tesco Lotus freezer section for THB 169 ($5.50) That's expensive by USA standards but since this is Asia and apple pies are rare that's what you pay.
It's nice to eat something that lives up to its name.

Regards to Amy,
Peter
