Cooking Directions

Ovens may vary.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 °F/220 °C. Remove overwrap. Place pizza directly on oven rack. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until crust starts to brown. For a softer crust, bake on a baking sheet at 425 °F/220 °C for 13-15 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.

Four conventionnel : Préchauffer le four à 425 °F / 220 °C. Retirer la pellicule transparente. Mettre la pizza directement sur une grille du four. Faire cuire 12 à 14 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que la croûte commence à brunir. Pour une croûte plus molle, faire cuire sur une tôle à pâtisserie à 425 °F / 220 °C pendant 13 à 15 minutes. Laisser reposer 1 minute. Servir.

The Rising Room

Dough can be finicky. Everything needs to be perfect for it to happily rise. That’s why our pizza dough gets a room all to itself. After the dough is made, it is transferred to the rising room where the temperature and conditions are carefully regulated by a special team in charge of the rising process. As the sweet smell of rising yeast fills the room, our team of specialists monitors the dough’s progress.
