- Cook veggie burgers according to package instructions. Use a wooden spoon or spatula to break veggie patties up into bite-sized crumbles.
- Line up lettuce leaves. Fill each with a small amount of cooked rice noodles, crumbled veggie burger and fresh veggies. Drizzle with Asian dressing and squeeze fresh lime on top.
